Credits are the currency that powers AI-assisted builds, iterations, and deployments on Logen. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed in the order they expire (FIFO). Free sign-up credits expire after 3 months; credits from a paid subscription expire after 12 months. You can purchase additional top-up credits at any time from your billing settings.

Where are my apps hosted?

Projects run in Docker containers on Logen's infrastructure. Each app gets its own isolated container stack — an app container and a dedicated database container — connected via a private network subnet. Paid plans support multi-region deployment: you can add and remove regions from the Published tab in your workspace.

How are my apps isolated from other users?

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive credentials such as API keys are encrypted at the application layer using AES-256 (Cloak/Vault). Data at rest on our servers is protected by the security controls of our underlying cloud infrastructure provider. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do free apps sleep when not in use?

Yes. Free-tier preview apps automatically pause after 30 minutes of inactivity and wake up on the next incoming request (typically a few seconds). Published apps on paid plans can be configured to stay always-on.

Can I bring my own domain?

Yes. Custom domains are supported on paid plans. Add a CNAME record pointing to your Logen app, and Logen handles SSL certificate provisioning automatically via Cloudflare. Verification usually completes within a few minutes.

Do you offer an uptime SLA?

We target 99.9% uptime but do not offer a formal uptime SLA on self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom availability commitments as part of their agreement.
